Golfers who have musculoskeletal pain that requires medical management are best suited to start in this option. The program begins with a comprehensive medical evaluation performed by a physician. Diagnostic studies are then prescribed as needed to further assess the underlying causes of the problem. The clinic also integrates other medical specialties as needed.

Medical conditions commonly seen include back or neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain and hand or wrist pain. The medical condition can be any active medical ailment that requires rehabilitative care. 

This program is insurance based and accepts most PPOs and Medicare. Pre-authorization may be required and co-payments may be associated with your insurance plan. Any question about whether your medical issue meets criteria for the Option One program can be discussed prior to the appointment with the physician.
