Option One evaluations consist of one hour with the physician and Option Two evaluations are 2½ hours with the GOLF Medical Clinics team. When the appointment is made a packet of forms will be sent to you. You will be asked to provide general information to for the evaluation, which will make the initial evaluation more effective and an efficient use of your time.

The Option One program may be covered by your health insurance provider. Medicare and most PPOs will cover the treatment of the injured golfer. For Option Two, there is a one-time fee for the entire evaluation. The Option Two evaluation includes a physical assessment by Dr. Lindberg, video swing analysis, AMM-3D analysis and a 18 session exercise program with swing drills. Additional costs for personal training by our physical therapists or follow-up assessments are options for our clients.

The golf swing is a highly coordinated and demanding sequence of movements for the human body to perform and then repeat consistently. The physical requirements of the body are numerous and if not optimized will negatively impact the golf swing.

The premier certification program for medical professionals is at the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), which was designed by Dr. Rose and golf pro Dave Phillips.

The TPI program design is the current model for many of the medical and fitness programs used on the PGA Tour. Dr. Lindberg has undergone advanced certification in both the medical and biomechanics tracts. Our physical therapists have also been through advanced certification in the TPI program. You can be assured that the latest assessment strategies will be used as part of your interaction with GOLF Medical Clinics.

We welcome interaction with any golf pro interested in the outcome of your evaluation. Dr. Lindberg will call your golf pro personally to discuss the results and will offer the golf pro e-mail or phone access for any future questions that may arise.
